The GlobalEXPO Humanitarian Center is a place where we operate on a daily basis, conducting free classes for children aged 6 to 14 in Ukrainian. This time we have also prepared something for women who, due to the tragic situation, often remain without their loved ones or still do not know if they will ever see each other again. In order to relieve pain and teach how to deal with trauma, we invited exceptional women from the Never Alone
Widows organization, who bring love every day to every widow who needs help in going through this difficult period in her life. Women shared their stories of loss, conducted trauma recovery workshops and taught how to use various forms of art in the therapeutic process.
This is the first event of this type and it certainly won’t be the last! The topic of mourning is still uncomfortable and often embarrassing. We want women to learn to live and deal with it in an accessible and easy way.
